Information About Stay and Supervision
For the entire duration of the activities carried out at Luiss facilities and included in the official programme, as well as during overnight stays in the designated residences, participants will be assisted and supervised by staff appointed by the University.
Outside the official activity hours—including, by way of example and not limitation, the lunch break between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., independent travel, and any departure from campus not expressly organized and supervised by the University—responsibility lies fully and exclusively with the adult participant or, in the case of minors, with their parents or legal guardians.
Students who choose to purchase accommodation services must return to the assigned residence no later than 10:00 p.m.
After this time, the parents of students who have not returned will be contacted by phone at the numbers provided during registration (parent’s number and emergency number), and will also receive an email notification.
Adult students will be contacted directly and, if indicated, also at their emergency number.
All entries and exits from the residence will be recorded through student signatures and time logs.
The University is exempt from all liability and cannot be held responsible in any form for events, damages, or incidents occurring outside the periods of actual supervision by the appointed staff or outside the areas and activities officially scheduled. This exemption also includes travel carried out using private or third-party means, or in any case not organized by the University.
