The Luiss Summer School offers two participation formulas designed to suit the needs of each student: the residential formula (with accommodation) and the non-residential formula (without accommodation). Both guarantee a quality course that allows students to enjoy the orientation experience to the fullest.

Residential formula (with accommodation): live an immersive experience

With the residential formula, students can enjoy a complete experience like university students living away from home. This option includes:

• Complete board: includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Accommodation: in double or triple rooms at Luiss residences (during the weeks of July) or in hotels with equivalent characteristics (during the weeks of June and September).
• Dedicated tutors: students are constantly supervised by tutors who stay overnight in the same facility, guaranteeing 24/7 support and security.
• Organised transport: all necessary travel is managed and supervised by tutors.
• Students can request to share a room with one or two acquaintances by sending a request to summerschool@luiss.it at least 10 days before the chosen week starts.

PLEASE NOTE: The residential option provides students a richer and more engaging experience than the non-residential alternative. Students can live through the entire course together, immersing themselves in university life away from home during their first year.

For this reason, students may not leave the campus at the end of classes or for dinner, even with written permission from parents. This rule is intended to ensure the safety and consistency of the learning experience.

Families are encouraged to thoughtfully reflect on this aspect before choosing the residential option, ensuring it aligns with the student’s needs.

Non-residential formula (without accommodation): daily participation

The non-residential formula includes daily participation in Summer School activities from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with:

• Lunch included: served at the Campus.

This option guarantees the same Luiss training quality while providing flexibility for the student and family’s needs.
