Accommodation
All rooms are double or triple, with shared bathrooms.
Booking accommodation also includes breakfast and shuttle service from the residence to the campus where activities take place, if not within walking distance.
Accommodation requests must be made at the time of course registration by selecting the service during the registration process.
IMPORTANT: Only students who have turned 16 by the start date of the program may participate in the Luiss Summer School and use the accommodation service.
It is possible to purchase dinner service for €60.00 by selecting it during the course registration.
A shuttle service from the Viale Romania 32 Campus to the accommodation can be purchased for €40.00, also during registration.
IMPORTANT: During July weeks, when students will stay in Luiss residences, the shuttle service is not requiredas the residences are within walking distance of the campus.
Throughout the official program activities held at Luiss campuses and during overnight stays in the designated residences, participants will be assisted and supervised by staff appointed by the University.
Outside the official program hours—including, but not limited to, lunch breaks between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, independent travel, and any departures from the campus not expressly organized and supervised by the University—responsibility rests fully and exclusively with the adult participant, or, in the case of minor participants, with their parents or legal guardians.
Students who purchase accommodation must return to their assigned residence no later than 10:00 PM. After this time, parents of students not yet returned will be contacted by phone using the contacts provided during registration (parent’s number and emergency number) and will also receive an email notification. Adult students will be contacted directly, and if provided, also via the emergency number.
All entries and exits from the residence will be recorded with the student’s signature and time.
The University is not responsible and cannot be held liable, in any way, for events, incidents, or damages that occur outside the periods of actual supervision by the assigned staff, or outside officially scheduled areas and activities. This exemption also applies to travel undertaken using private or third-party transportation, or any transport not organized by the University.
