Registrations and Payments for Luiss Summer School 2025

Registering for the Luiss Summer School 2025 is simple and straightforward. Just follow these steps to claim your spot:

  • Register using the student’s details, not those of the parent.
  • Complete the form by selecting your preferred week, course, and formula.
  • Finalise your enrolment by processing your payment through the link received via email (ensure you check your eligibility for any concessions).

Change of Participation Option and Refund Conditions

It is possible to change your participation option for the Luiss Summer School 2025 under the following conditions:

Change of booked week:

  • With at least 30 days’ notice:
    •  The change is free upon written request.
    • Subject to availability in the new week.
    • If the new week has a higher fee, the difference must be paid.
    • No refund is available for weeks with a lower fee.
  • With less than 30 days’ notice:
    • A €300 administrative fee is required.
    • Always subject to availability of spots.
    • No refund is provided for weeks with a lower fee.

Change of option:

  • From non-residential to residential: The supplement for the residential option must be paid. The change will be confirmed only after the additional payment is made.
  • From residential to non-residential: No refund is provided for the difference in fee. The change request must be made within the time limits specified by the regulations.

For both options, we encourage you to contact the organizing team promptly for assistance and to ensure proper change management.

In case of written cancellation received by Luiss within 15 days of the start of the chosen week, 50% of the participation fee already paid will be refunded.
